Free-size and handcrafted from 100% cotton our 2-in-one kimono is reversible – offering a lighter and a darker colour option, depending on how you wish to combine it. Oversized, versatile and stylish, the JIVA Kimono is relaxed in fit and easy in its drape with handy pockets on both sides. Model Charis is 5'4" and model Victoria (blonde) is 5'7".

Handcrafted by tigers’ neighbours in Dhonk's open-air workshop in Ranthambore, each piece is handmade in small, limited batches by a team of expert artisans and offers economic livelihoods to communities. Handstitched and blockprinted on 100% cotton, your kimono is Craftmark certified and brings together traditional crafting techniques with modern design.

Add a stylish layer to any outfit with your JIVA Kimono wrap. Layer it over your favorite dress or pair it with jeans and a T-shirt to upgrade your casual look. Each piece promises one-of-a-kind quality that you will love for forever.

One for One

For one purchase you make, we plant one tree in your name. We send you an e-Tree Certificate with a code which links to a location marker showing where the tree was planted, so that you can track and trace your tree!

With our 1=1 model, in partnership with social enterprise Grow-Trees, we address community, women and nature. Tree planting generates employment for women in the village, regulates the climate while improving the soil quality, which benefits farming communities.

Design Details

Do more with less: The reversible nature of your JIVA Kimono makes it handy to wear all through the year. Choose the lighter side in the day or the darker side when you’re heading out at night. The handy pockets on both sides are an added plus!

Design x Craft: Modern European design blends beautifully with centuries old handcrafting tradition, making your Kimono a piece to treasure.

Small Batch Production: Individually handmade by the artisans at Dhonk, produced in small batches ensuring every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Block printed by hand using toxic-free colours, the JIVA Kimono is guaranteed to be your wardrobe essential for years to come.

Air, Sky, Earth, Water and Fire -- ancient Indian philosophy suggests that all of creation is made up of these five essential elements. Just as many ancient cultures integrate these elements into their daily rituals, we've named our JIVA (meaning Life) Kimonos after the core elements of nature, which co-exist in harmony.

Your Impact

We believe in the power of a business to do good. Through our collections, which are guided by fair-trade principles, we aim to actively improve the lives of local communities, offering skills and support to drive sustainable development and women’s empowerment.

Our Commitment: We want to empower our artisan partners and be transparent with you, while offering you a versatile garment that is also handmade with respect. Your Kimono was made by skilled artisans of Dhonk in Ranthambore, Rajasthan.

By ensuring these artisans a steady income, fair trade and job satisfaction not far from home, you are ensuring that they stay close to their communities and their craft to offer you a product made out of love, dignity and gratitude.

Thank you for being a part of our journey in responsible fashion.

Ursprung: JULAHAS

No extra information available. Check the store/brands tab for more details!

Julahas stellt wunderschöne, faire Produkte zusammen mit indischen Handwerkern her.
