Grab Your Garb ist eine Marke, die von Simi gegründet wurde. Als sie aus Indien in die Niederlande kam, verliebte sie sich in all die schönen Kleider in den Einkaufsstraßen, aber als sie erfuhr, wie sie gemacht wurden, war  dieLiebe auf einen Schlag dahin. Sie beschloss, ihre eigenes Modelabel zu gründen, wo die Kleidung fair produziert wird.

Grab Your Garb ist das Ergebnis. Ihre Kleidung wird in Indien zu einem fairen Lohn (weit über dem Mindestlohn) und unter sicheren Arbeitsbedingungen zu normalen Arbeitszeiten produziert. Simi besucht oft ihre Produzenten und spricht mit den Leuten im Workshop, um sicherzustellen, dass alles fair gehandhabt wird. Die Kleidung wird in Neu-Delhi hergestellt, wo sie die Sprache und Kultur kennt, so kann sie sich der ehrlichen Produktion sicher sein.
