Add cozy elegance and a touch of luxury to your favourite dress or top with our chunky wool Ruana Beyond black and white that weighs approximately 1 kg. Open in the front for easy wearing and ideal for plus or petite sizes, this ultra stylish Ruana looks like a wrap but feels like a blanket. Throw on this extra layer and style it in a number of different ways -- casual when you’re at home or stylish when you step outside.

Zero waste in design, with an included wool belt, you can turn your Beyond Ruana into a boho chic wrap dress anytime. Want to create a sharp look? Replace with any belt you own or even even wear it just as a chic wool scarf.

Designed in Paris and handcrafted in the Himalayas, this is a statement piece for any closet, especially in transitional weather.

Design Details

We have a soft spot for pieces that are sizeless, natural and versatile. Your Ruana even has an extra fun element - a belt! An integral part of the garment during weaving and cut away at the finishing stage to ensure zero waste, the belt magically transforms your Ruana into a dress.

Small Batch Production: Individually handmade by weaver Anant Kumar and his artisan team in small batches, each piece is produced at his home in the beautiful village of Kalsi in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayas.

A Better Tomorrow

For every purchase you make, we plant a tree in your name. With our One for One model, in partnership with social enterprise Grow-Trees, we address community, women and nature. Your e-Tree Certificate with a code links to a location marker showing where your tree was planted, so that you can trace it.

Tree planting generates employment for the village women, regulates the climate while improving the soil quality, which benefits farming communities and helps in supporting a balanced eco-system.

Your impact

By shopping with us, you have already made an impact and a conscious change to step away from factory made mass products.

Our Commitment: We want to empower our artisan partners and be transparent with you, while offering you a versatile garment that is also handmade with respect. Your cape was made by skilled artisans of Uttarakhand, using yarn that was responsibly sourced.

By ensuring these artisans of a steady income, fair trade and job satisfaction not far from home, we are ensuring that you get a product that is made out of love and dignity. JULAHAS has engaged in an environmentally-friendly approach, with every garment crafted from natural materials and with respect to the planet.

Thank you for being a part of our journey in responsible fashion.

No extra information available. Check the store/brands tab for more details!

Julahas stellt wunderschöne, faire Produkte zusammen mit indischen Handwerkern her.
