Design Details

Handcrafted by our partners at Dev Bhumi, these capes are handwoven using Ahimsa silk, a peaceful and cruelty-free process that respects the natural life cycle of silkworms. At Julahas, we uphold a conscious ethos, ensuring ethical production practices and a commitment to sustainability. We take pride in being a zero-waste product, ensuring that every inch of material is utilised efficiently, minimising environmental impact.

Small batch Production: Our Wool Silk Short Cape is not mass-produced but carefully crafted in limited quantities after picking out the best quality silk ensuring meticulous attention to detail. One for One

For one purchase you make, we plant one tree in your name. We send you an e-Tree Certificate with a code which links to a location marker showing where the tree was planted, so that you can track and trace your tree!

With our 1=1 model, in partnership with social enterprise Grow-Trees, we address community, women and nature. Tree planting generates employment for women in the village, regulates the climate while improving the soil quality, which benefits farming communities.

Your Impact

We believe in the power of a business to do good. Through our collections, which are guided by fair-trade principles, we aim to actively improve the lives of local communities, offering skills and support to drive sustainable development and women’s empowerment.

Our Commitment: We want to empower our artisan partners and be transparent with you, while offering you a versatile garment that is also handmade with respect. Your cape was made by skilled artisans of Dev Bhumi in the Himalayas.

By ensuring these artisans a steady income, fair trade and job satisfaction not far from home, you are ensuring that they stay close to their communities and their craft to offer you a product made out of love, dignity and gratitude.

Thank you for being a part of our journey in responsible fashion.

Ursprung: JULAHAS

No extra information available. Check the store/brands tab for more details!

Julahas stellt wunderschöne, faire Produkte zusammen mit indischen Handwerkern her.
