    Fair Trade: Der Schmuck von Joulala wird in Thailand hergestellt, in einem angenehmen Arbeitsumfeld, in dem die Beschäftigten 15 % über dem Tariflohn verdienen (und das liegt deutlich über dem Mindestlohn).

    Umweltfreundlich: Der Schmuck wird hauptsächlich aus recyceltem Silber hergestellt, als Reserve dient Neusilber. Das Edelmetall wird von einem Partner aus Korea geliefert, der dem Responsible Jewellery Council angeschlossen ist. Joulala ist bestrebt, die Verwendung von Verpackungen zu minimieren. Sie verwenden FSC®-zertifizierte "ECO"-Verpackungen für Briefkästen.

    Guter Zweck: Joulala spendet 10 % des Erlöses an Komodo Dragon in Indonesien oder eine andere ausgewählte Wohltätigkeitsorganisation.
