Die Kleidung von Elements of Freedom wird in Fabriken fair hergestellt. Sie werden regelmäßig von den niederländischen und deutschen Partnern der Marke besucht werden. Die gewebten Produkte werden in Sofia, Bulgarien, hergestellt und die Strickwaren werden in einer Strickerei in der Mongolei produziert. Diese arbeitet auf der Grundlage der BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). Die Marke arbeitet mit natürlichen Materialien wie ECOVERO ™ und FSC Viscose (aus nachhaltigem Holzzellstoff), GOTS und Baumwolle der "Better Cotton Initiative" sowie RWS (Responsible Wool Standard). Alle diese Materialien stammen aus Europa (Italien, Frankreich und Portugal). Elements of Freedom verwendet Fahrradkuriere, um die Pakete zu versenden. Ihr neues Gebäude ist CO2-neutral, sie haben Sonnenkollektoren auf dem Dach und versorgen sich mit Energie.
